We have been successfully serving Meyers natural beef at the Crows Nest for the past two seasons. Myself and another Chef served the most product on L.I. and where treated to this trip where we followed the whole process form prairie to plate. The Plant is owned by Cargill, Meyers processes there once a week with their
own employees supervising the process.
